I know, I haven't posted in way too long. I have lots of excuses, but they all boil down to the fact that there's just not enough hours in the day for me! Trust me, I would LOVE to be blogging every day!
Before I begin on the scrapping part of my post, I'd like to take a personal moment to introduce you to our newest family member, Lexi! I'm so excited that I just have to share! It took me 32 years to get Dennis to agree to my getting a puppy and Lexi is perfect! She officially joined our family on Saturday, but we purchased her about 4 weeks ago. We've been visiting her every week and are so happy to have her home even if it means stopping every hour for potty breaks, picking up her little presents because she doesn't like the potty breaks, and a lack of sleep!
Isn't she just the cutest?!?!? Right now she's sitting in my lap as I type. She's really quite the attention hog.
I wanted to share some of the fun projects we've been working on the past couple of weeks, but I still need to take pictures, scan, crop, and save before I can do that, so I thought I'd bring out something I've never shared on my blog before. This Disney album was created years and years ago, but has always been my favorite of the 6" x 6" albums. Recently, I read a thread about scrapbookers not liking our Simply Scrappin' kits because they're boring. Really? Boring? Hmmm...I don't so think so! I think it's all in how you use them! Soon, I hope to show you a little trick I used on the Petal Party kit that had everyone excited. Little touches can change the look so much.
