Okay, so here's a lousy picture of my "out of the box" idea for the center of the Island Floral Bigz Die. Sorry, but I'm preparing for Camp and don't have time to take a better one at the moment. I love this flower, but thought it would look better with with something that looked like the filament and anthers of a hibiscus flower. The Stampin' Up! Snowflake punch to the rescue! Trust me, when the flower's not smooshed on a scanner, it looks great! Just attach the snowflake punch piece to the center of the flower and scrunch all the ends together to the middle. It really finishes the flower off great! This is the final Stamp Camp card selection for June.
The petals of the flower have a coating of Crystal Effects to help them keep their shape. The cardstock is Apricot Appeal sponged in Pumpkin Pie.
